Recovering from the Holidays

Please check out our shop.  Autism Show U Care

Well we made it.  It has been a wonderful long Holiday Season.  Every day we learn more and more about our son with Autism and our daughter that is typical.  Here are  a few:

Rule 1.  Retreat.  We do not have to be Super Parents all the time and people please family and friends.  We need to choose what we based on what our kids can handle not what other think they can handle.

Rule 2.  Breathe.  Stop and hold our kids as often as we can and just breathe.

Rule 3.  Loose T-Shirt.  Never take life to seriously and live life like a loose t-shirt.

Rule 4.  Enjoy our kids company,  So we didn't get to that last batch of cookies or that last present for "who is that again."  Screw It.  Just stop the madness and hang with your small peeps they will love it.

Kids Rock and we are lucky to be parents.

peace and laughter
